TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDERING
We need a minimum of 24 hours notice for all catering orders; and for Event Catering (more than $500) we require a minimum of 3 Days notice in advance. However, we will try our best to accommodate all catering orders given adequate notice. We require full payment upon confirmation of order. For cancellation, we require a minimum of 2 days notice and cancellations made less than 24 hours are subject to 50%-100% charge based upon time of cancellation and type of order. CONVENIENCE
Your order comes complete with plates, napkins and utensils, all packaged in a convenient ready-to-serve packaging. Serving utensils are excluded.
DELIVERY
We require a minimum purchase of $300.00 for catering delivery orders. There is a 15% delivery charge on all catering orders (or a minimum delivery fee of $45 *whichever is higher) within our delivery range of 8 miles. For locations beyond our delivery range, we require a minimum purchase of $1,000 and an additional mileage fee applied at $3 per mile / $5 per mile on Sunday. Gratuity for drivers is not included but is greatly appreciated. You may also set up a time for pick-up at our locations.
WEDDING # We are now accepting buffet catering service for wedding locations that are beyond our delivery range *up to 30 miles max- extra mileage fee applied at $5 per mile. (Please contact catering office for a quote @ 678.650.8433).
SPECIAL SETUP SERVICES
Aluminum Foil Pan, Wire Chafer Stand, Chafer Fuel, Serving Utensils, Sauce Bowl, Food Tag are available upon request and are chargeable setup fee 20% (We do not provide table or table cover for on-site catering)

PAYMENT
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Cash and check payments will need to be secured with a credit card when placing your order.

Group Party applies to 15 people and above. Minimum spending $20.00 per headcount. Gratuity 18% for group party.
